I know a few Rs who have turned in him.
My grandpa (age 95) hasn't voted for a Democratic presidential candidate since Truman. He has a Biden sign in his window. He thinks Trump is a disgrace to the country.

My father is a cut-and-dry, Kennedy-hating East Boston Italian who hasn't voted for a Democrat in who knows how long (he voted for Johnson in 2016). He's voting for Biden (in Massachusetts, but still). He is also going to do a very old-man thing and put up a Biden sign in violation of the HOA at their New Hampshire lake house because the neighbors are flying Trump flags on their flag poles.

Biden will the first Democrat going all the way back to FDR that my Grandpa will NOT vote for. He voted for every Democrat from FDR through Hilary, but he won't be voting for Biden

What's his reasoning? Just curious.

Yes
But why would that stop his voting?

A lot of establishment-backed candidates on both sides underperforming tonight.

Everyone in this sub-forum seems wary about November, as we should be. I feel like McP has, once in a while, highlighted the possibility that we might actually see the closest thing to a landslide in quite a while. And you know what, that is what the data is telling us right now. I believe it to be very, very possible. Maybe not a huge 20 point margin, but 10-12 points these days would be quite a departure from what we're used to. I do remember Hillary having a solid lead at certain points, but man, the dynamics are so different now. Trump has none of the advantages he had last time. And Biden isn't as "scary" as Hillary.
This is a pretty ominous finding right here (Trump seems even with white people & men too, also ominous).

I'm not going to start using the L-word, as I don't think national polling means fuck all (Biden almost certainly wins the popular vote no matter what happens). But that swing in Wisconsin is very promising. It's June. But very promising.

Scott Baio's speech in Actionville is going to be soooo lit.

I still think Trump wins Florida but man that convention is going to be a fucking fever dream of the death-drive.
