Folks at pearljam.com have proposed that and there's a thread about it. I think it's certainly possible, as Santos appeared to hint at it and promote it, and it seems somewhat curated.

I know how ridiculous it is to make any judgements based on snippets of music distantly recorded through a door, however, so I'm happy to eat my hat if this thing rules.

It becomes clear at album release time that these guys probably benefited from having an overbearing record company managing the rollout and hype machine. They always seem to muddle through it uncomfortably, not really knowing how it should be done.

I haven’t listened to the door video, but I agree that Quick Escape and Sirens are the weakest parts of their respective records (other than that the end of Quick Escape is a fantastic capturing of the band playing their hearts out). I sure hope this record doesn’t sound like iterations of those two songs.
