Battles aren't single combat, which is what people use to determine who is the best. Please stop using that argument.

Look at battle of the bastards and tell me sword skill has anything to do with that outcome

One thing you could say for Jon over some of these others is that he is more battle tested. Are you the best person to survive a tournament/duel, or the best person to survive a 'battle'. Probably slightly different skill sets.

Having said that, right now I'd put Sandor or Brienne at the top of my list.

You are primarily using tourneys to prove Brienne's skills. Jon has never fought in a tournament. Agree to disagree on what makes a good combatant I guess.

Jaime and Brienne's fight is like the Bulls/Magic in '95 with Jordan coming back from his baseball stint, only if Jordan had been kept in a cage for months prior to it.
