He looks old, there no doubt. But everybody gets old, and he's beating the curve if that matters. Anyway, looking weathered and tired is only a detriment if your music is still trying to pretend to be 35 years old (or a genie yus who is his father's suh hun).

If that shot looks rough to you, imagine looking out night after night to see the poorly lit and haunted middle aged faces of the front ten rows of a Pearl Jam concert.
