In one scene, earlier in the episode, the Sith literally tells Sol that he won't remove his helmet because Sol will read his mind...Fine.

Not TEN MINUTES LATER, are we really expected to believe that Sol can't tell that he's actually now with Mae and not Osha?!?

Please tell me Sol took her back, despite being well aware of who she is.

You heard me...

The powerful Jedi had not even the slightest sense that she wasn't who she says she is?
Not even the slightest thought that something is amiss?

Preposterous
We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

I abandoned this show after episode 3 and was convinced to revisit 4 and 5 after a friend told me I had to because it was so good. My friend was wrong.

The look on his face read to me like he did, yeah. But it could go either way.

I don't think it's all that weird if he didn't.

I’m not really sure you can tell someone identity simply through the force? Especially not these two who seem to be two ‘halves’ of a whole.

Surely heshould get a pass here in this instance ?

I’m pretty sure Sol and Qimir know they have switched but I’m guessing.

The lightsaber duels in this episode were insane.

My fav learning from the episode was Qimirs helmet is made of Cortosis which is why he could use it to block and mess with the Jedis lightsabers.

Him head butting a lightsaber was awesome. Apparently its cannon.

“Cortosis was a metal that had a very high energy absorption rate and transmission coefficients, which allowed even the energy of a blaster bolt to be dissipated upon contact. One of the strongest minerals in the galaxy, cortosis could even withstand the blow of a lightsaber and briefly short out its blade”

Y'all are gonna be so pissed when it turns out The Stranger isn't Sith at all but really an early Knight of Ren.

It's literal plot armor.

That’s interesting. I didn’t catch that but did notice his helmet reminding me of kylos

NEWS: In a new interview with Invers, Leslye Headland addressed the presence of Kylo Ren’s theme in the musical score of #TheAcolyte episode 5:

“It is there on purpose, but I can’t tell you why, and I can’t go into what it is. But you shall see.”

Nice episode!!!

Qimir is becoming my fav character, the mark on his back looked like a whip mark and Vanestra has a whip. Maybe his old master.

Osha is going to be the Acolyte

Another really strong episode. If they hadn't broken up Day and Night and left them together as written Day/Night this riding wood be an a sick run. Take building momentum.

Can they land this thing?

There will be no landing though.

There will be a cliffhanger and we’ve to wait for season 2

On all of it.
