If my original PS5 died tomorrow i'd maybe consider paying a little extra for the boosted specs but honestly, i'm so underwhelmed by this gen's games and whats on the horizon that i'd have to strongly debate even replacing it at all at this point.

Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

is the player base for this game just ruthless at this point? I could be nasty in the first one, but didn't play the second one enough to get the hang of the new maps and updated mechanics.

Obviously it’s quite competitive. Even in this large world, I often see the same names, as I only play supremacy 20 vs 20. Every week I get messages from various people trying to recruit me to a team. But I prefer just doing my own thing.

My wifi at my house comes with a regular wifi plus a separate 5g one (i forgot it even existed).. we hook everything up to the non 5g one because it's faster n better.. I put the portal on the 5g one where it it's the only thing running on that wifi, it's not competing with anything else for signal
