Was it from Ten Club or TM? Did you maybe register for the TM verified fan presale instead?

Ticketmaster presale hasn’t happened yet. You still got a shot. This is exactly what I did last year and I got in to both Ft Worth shows.

As a heads up I got another email from Ticketmaster today saying all ticket requests had now been fulfilled and telling me again my ticket was confirmed for the Melbourne, Australia show. I imagine they'll do this for the US shows once all tickets have been allocated for Ten Club.

Just thought I'd give a sliver of hope to anyone that hasn't got an email yet.
