I remember reading somewhere that they recorded an early take of TMW during the Riot Act sessions shortly after Ed brought it to the band, and they said "ok, we know it, let's record it". Adam Kaspar then said "no need, I got it" and they used that version on the album - the complete antithesis to BoB. I really hope they record another album this way someday...

I thought I read that about the whole album? But is was ed that said nah we got it after the band thought they'd only recorded a first run through. Or was that just about his vocals?......idk I probably read it here at some point.

Im pretty sure i had read something about ed doing one vocal take and saying "that's it, i sang it so its done" or something like that. I think its a bit exaggerated, but Im sure he put less time into the vocal recording then the rest of the band put into their parts
