just so we're clear, i eat these dinners as a matter of practicality, but i am not gluten free. i had a dipped italian beef for lunch today that made me cream my unds, for example.

my wife loves food, so i need to be supportive when in her presence by eating this stuff or i don't think she'll make it. if i said i was running out to grab a greasy cheeseburger instead, she'd crack.
