I guess we don't have a separate thread on this, but oh well. I liked the personal back and forth in this article demonstrating how there aren't any good guys in the Palestine/Israel mess:

But I still think it misses the one point that I've become more resolute on in my mind in recent years--this will always be a mess as long as everyone insists on a nation or nations based upon race (Jews/Arabs) or religion (Islam/Judaism).

You know that's not the case.

It's awful. I could have been at this show, it is a few blocks from my home. So many people dead, hostages, it's crazy.

is this over or what? Sounds like there is a hostage crisis or something? American news is garbage.
