152.0, even today.
Looking at a salad for lunch. Not sure on dinner yet. Can't go to the gym because I take my daughter to basketball practice tonight.

No weigh in today, as I got up early to have some coffee and eat so didn't want to weigh in after that. Sometimes, I like to go a few days without as my routine is pretty consistent at this point. I hope that's ok, Lenny.

I know but I honestly enjoy making weight each day. I have a very good understanding of water weight. I can fluctuate between 2,3,4 pounds very quickly but still look the same.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:You should only weigh once a week.

As long as you aren’t obsessing over every .02 pounds it’s okay. I very much did.Coach wrote:I know but I honestly enjoy making weight each day. I have a very good understanding of water weight. Yep, totally understand. I am fine, though. I find most of this process interesting and I'm so glad to be back at my "regular" weight. I appreciate it, though.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:Your post poop weighing had me concerned. Long-term goal might be to turn this place into a health and fitness forum and replace PJ. We shall see.

Hippocrates, a Greek physician who lived around 400 BC, believed fat people suffered from unhealthy sleep, aches, pains, flatulence, and constipation, and recommended that they follow a strict diet, increase their exercise, and vomit.
Whatever you do, do not follow the advice of Hippocrates when it comes to losing weight in The Weight Loss Thread.
