152.0, even today.
Looking at a salad for lunch. Not sure on dinner yet. Can't go to the gym because I take my daughter to basketball practice tonight.

Had the salad: greens, tomatoes, olives, mini cucumber, onions, topped with Tuna, lite creamy caesar dressing

No weigh in today, as I got up early to have some coffee and eat so didn't want to weigh in after that. Sometimes, I like to go a few days without as my routine is pretty consistent at this point. I hope that's ok, Lenny.

You should only weigh once a week.

I know but I honestly enjoy making weight each day. I have a very good understanding of water weight. I can fluctuate between 2,3,4 pounds very quickly but still look the same.

As long as you aren’t obsessing over every .02 pounds it’s okay. I very much did.

That's a good reminder / warning.

Your post poop weighing had me concerned. I didn’t want you to go down my dark path.

Yep, totally understand. I am fine, though. I find most of this process interesting and I'm so glad to be back at my "regular" weight. I appreciate it, though.
Long-term goal might be to turn this place into a health and fitness forum and replace PJ. We shall see.

Hippocrates, a Greek physician who lived around 400 BC, believed fat people suffered from unhealthy sleep, aches, pains, flatulence, and constipation, and recommended that they follow a strict diet, increase their exercise, and vomit.
Whatever you do, do not follow the advice of Hippocrates when it comes to losing weight in The Weight Loss Thread.

In all honesty, I believe a good puke will get you to 150.
