Huh Give it a little more time will ya! The Tuesday Morning-Pier 1-JCPenney initiative is ongoing (and they're adding more names to it all the time so they keep having to reprint the damn executive order and then DJT refuses to sign these "dailies" while golfing or while the television is on, and on and on blah blah blah).
It's going to take a while to air out the stench of these former retailer(and strip mall church) spaces so they may be converted to medical facilities, but already they've received a virtual avalanche of applications from laid off elective surgery healthcare workers (you know from the unprofitable(read: failure) hospitals).

Out of an abundance of caution: The grand openings keep getting pushed back as states outbidding each other for enough coffee filters for the homemade face coverings is a real drag on being ready by Emergency Preparation Supplies Sales Tax Holiday.
No that'll-do-PPE = no new hospital opening! STOP DRINKING COFFEE YOU NERDS!!
