I've made nearly $100 bucks on bitcoin since November. Going to cash out and spend it on some Kinvara 11s after I get mile 100 on my Bostons. Thrilling.

had to walk more than normal, while running slower than normal also...i think my pace was like 10:45

My Kinvaras came in today. It's going to take discipline to hide the box from myself until the end of the month+mile 100 on the ol' Bostons.

5k effort...
Negative splits...
Under my average pace overall...
Highest weekly mileage in a while...
...but didn't close my fucking loop on Strava.
The pursuit of perfection continues. Not closing that loop stings. Finishing where I started is really my only true hard and fast running rule.

did 3 miles yesterday and it was not very good...i've regressed some this winter, but it was still better than i could do 6 months ago
