I think summer of 2020 seems promising considering their recent statements. For the last few years they refused to even hint at a timeframe because they were sick of setting "deadlines" and then missing them. The fact that they are willing to float a timeframe seems to indicate that they are close enough to the finish to be right about it.

They gave timeframes, missed them, then refused to give them anymore because they were tired of missing them, and now they're starting to float them again.
