i think i'm going to do a thinly sliced scallop carpaccio topped with radish and ginger/chive pesto

or

tomato and sardine crisps..basically just halved cherry tomatoes on top of crackers with sardines and your choice of herbs

oh heavens no..me, my wife and maybe one friend

tomorrow is big green egg day with smoked ribs doing the 2-2-1 style, corn on the cob, baked potatoes and grilled peaches with cream and whiskey
