Unofficial bootlegs can find themselves on streaming services sometimes. I think there's some copyright loophole in Europe that allows for this.

Speaking of Spotify, I was thinking today about whether the band will change their main picture to omit Matt or if they’ll keep the same pic until they finds a replacement.

It’d be funny to one day learn that the band knew during the making of Dark Matter that it was Matt’s last album and Setting Sun was Ed’s goodbye/plea to stay.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they knew during the DM process. Matt by all accounts is a good guy and probably had some nice discussions and given them plenty of notice.

I like this idea, DM being about Matt.

I found this interesting and figured I should share it here.

I have a few Amazon Echo devices in my house. Some have been upgraded to the new Alexa+ that I believe is still in Beta, while others still have the original Alexa. I was testing the new Alexa+ and asked her "What is your favorite band?" She told me Pearl Jam and then went into pretty extensive details on why. I asked her who her second favorite band was, and she said Soundgarden.

I realize this is all AI driven and she probably said that because she knows my music preferences, but I then asked the old Alexa who her favorite band was -- she said Florance and the Machine. I had my parents ask their Alexa (not on Alexa+ yet) and they got the same response of Florance and the Machine, so maybe this is hard-coded.

Either way, I like the new Alexa+ better than the old.

Curious to know if any of you have the new Alexa+ yet and get the same response as I did.

The Spotify page is un-navigable because so many live albums are in the band's 'all albums' list
