i would never go that early...i'm aiming for 8:30

How close does that get to the start of your work/personal day?

Consider this: your free time is sweeter when you go out there and claim it for yourself.

i usually start work around 7:30 or 8:00...i have nothing to do on non-work days normally, so that varies

and i was almost exclusively an after work runner before the weather and time change...i'd go in the morning sometimes on the weekend

my legs feel stiff today and i don't know why since i haven't jogged or done any functional strength training since wednesday

i bought some boston 8's are something last year on sale that verb made me buy i'm just rocking some cheaper shoes now should i break out the boston's

i don't even know...i bought them in like august and have never opened the box

We did it, guys. 100 miles on the Bostons.

I know, I know. You can go 400-500 miles on a shoe. But to be fair, I use these shoes for work and average 2 miles on my feet during a regular shift. So, they're more worn than verb thinks.

They do still have some life in them. I'll run in them some more, especially on rainy days. I can't wait to get into those Kinvaras next week, though.
