Yes, The Force Awakens official trailer was released on October 20th, 2015, while the The Last Jedi official trailer was released on October 9th, 2017.

I don’t know anything. Just based on previous the leaks and images usually start coming thick and fast around trailer time

It's actually the rumor I read as well, from a different place.

It’s pretty much based in the fact that a black series wedge figure was released. And wedge is on the cover of a Spanish edition of one of the new books coming yet he’s not on the English version with the same cover art.

Wouldn’t look too much into it. Think he was asked to be in *one of the others and told them to fuck off.

The actor who plays wedge is Ewan Mcgregors uncle.
