I'm pretty committed to the position that Argo either already has or is going to fuck this up so badly that everyone screams at him and he leaves the board again, but this is not a bad list so far.

But the three list minimum rule is pretty dumb, considering how many multi-page threads on this board are just one guy (Joey) posting about St. Vincent over and over

the three list minimum rule is the only way this thing makes sense. otherwise, one guy voting for some random seventies cover band in their hometown would bump that pub band no one has ever heard of into the list. I'm sorry you guys weren't able to sneak your pet loves onto the list. It is a community list. Three lists is a low but fair bar and it's what got us closest to 100. RM is a small community. That has its advantages and disadvantages. We all know each other well (is that an advantage or a disadvantage, I'm not sure sometimes) but not having a ton of people makes it hard to clear a hurdle of scientific accuracy with lists like this. I will no longer be responding to criticisms of the three-list criteria. It was the right choice, I am confident of that

I'm sending ST the data at the end of this. I can send it to you, too, if you want to play around and find cool stuff in there. But my project was to determine the RM Top 100 Artists. I was able to generate a list of 87 that represent what RM likes best. The three list criteria is what works for that goal, anything less doesn't do that.
