I miss coffee

i have been cutting down my coffee consumption because im addicted to it. This year i have been somehow successful in that regard, from 7 or 8 diary cups to maybe 3 its really good.

I think next week ill go back to maybe 5 a day.

Mrs. Bam has this keto vanilla syrup - I tried a little in my coffee yesterday and it made the whole experience very unenjoyable for me.

It was me. It’s the Ratio 8, and I LOVE it. It’s basically a pour over/ chemex for lazy people and does all the work for you. And it’s pretty.

No. I have a burr grinder that I use. This one is really good and not terribly expensive:
