I haven't heard a problem with Carcetti (I'm no expert), but Littlefingers dialect can get a little tiresome.

Yeah, this. Carcetti's accent was pure old school Bal'more mixed with slimey rich white people; Little Finger sounds like he's always trying to be super dramatic.
