Depends on who the panelists are, but yeah, those shows can be great. I love me some Mean Gene.
Yeah, as much as I love Ric Flair, he's not a good panelist on these. The best group I saw so far was Okerlund hosting Bret Hart, JR, Hayes, and Patterson.
I'm a huge Flair fan as well but agreed he isn't very good in this role. I just watched a couple of his matches with Kerry Von Erich last night.
Yeah that is a pretty good list right there. Some hate Bret Hart but I could listen to him talk all day about the old days. Even if he marks out for himself a little bit. He's a legend.

Hart is kind of an odd guy, but he's got encyclopedic knowledge of his time in WWE.

I wanna say he wrestled like 4,000 matches for WWF in 13 years? That is nuts.

I wish more of these covered WCW topics. In fact that's been my only complaint with the Monday Night Wars series as well. I didnt watch WCW really, even when it was hot, I was always a loyal WWF guy. I only peeped Nitro during commercial breaks and stuff, rarely did I watch what they had going on over WWF. So, I'd like to see more stuff about that time period on here because I never really saw any of it.

The next installment is about Goldberg.

I saw that. I hope this trend continues, I didn't want that series to end up being a 20 episode series of Vince burying WCW.

I dont know much about it, but they were working on it for awhile before it was cancelled. edit: I think it was a brawler/Street Fighter clone kind of thing.

A street fighter/mortal kombat game but with wrestlers would be badass. I'd love to get drunk, eat pizza rolls and play that.

The ppv this weekend isn't getting a lot of hype, but I'm really, really looking forward to both Ambrose-Rollins and Ziggler-Cesaro 2/3 falls.

Same here. Dolph/Cesaro has match of the year potential if they give them the time. Which it sounds like they might. I dig the IC title being a big deal.

I like that it's slowly going back to what it used to be, the best wrestler title.

I may get an eye roll here, but I watched the nWo doc on netflix last night and it really brought back the memories. Fun television. Hogan's heel turn was pretty epic with that leg drop on Savage

No eye roll at all. I hated the nWo (never liked Nash or Hogan passed 89 and loved Savage and Sting) but that run (at first) was great in 96/97.
It bothers me Hogan would not drop the belt to Piper in 96. Such an ego on Hogan.

the lack of hype im sure is because of the lack of a world title match as well as the fact that it has yet another Orton/Cena match, though im wondering if Brock might show up after the RKO to Heyman. i would love to see the Rollins/Ambrose match but still dont have the network and dont think ill get it yet just for that match
