Spikes is back!! And this secondary is going to be something to behold... at least we won't have to worry about the offense. :-(

I just dropped by to say that I believe this year will be the year Tom Brady falls apart and starts playing like an old man who can't get it done anymore. He's going to be 38 when the season starts and is coming off of a Super Bowl win. Its over.

If they can keep getting Brady good YAC guys he'll be able to play forever. He just beat the Seahawks throwing fucking slant/flat forty times. It's pretty infuriating.

Right? Why not throw it up a little more against the best secondary in the league?

It's still incredibly disappointing that they lost Revis. To me, that's the biggest blow to their SB chances.

I find it crazy that their 3 starters from last year, Revis, Browner, and Arrington, are all gone. I'm starting to think that McCourty is moving back to corner, now that he's paid like a safety, and Harmon is playing every down as the centerfielder. That slots Ryan outside on the other sideline and Butler as the nickel. What most scares me is depending on Chung to play as much as he did this past year.

Welcome back, Brandon Spikes. Things are going great! http://www.turnto10.com/story/29261029/ ... d-on-i-495

Get lost, Brandon Spikes, things aren't going great!
Hopefully that story isn't more serious...

I think it's pretty obvious: DUI, accident, calls buddy to pick him up. Luckily, doesn't sound like anyone was seriously injured.

Yeah, I thought that would be the "best" case scenario.

I kinda liked Spikes. I even drafted him. :\

He had a pretty good Superbowl, that one time.

Pretty much the exact same thing that happened with Rod Coleman years ago.

Spikes is a good player but his type is kinda becoming obsolete. Good run defender who is pretty useless in coverage. Wouldn't be surprised to see teams who need a thumper type pick him up once this is all resolved.

tim wright out, matt flynn in.

flynn i get, but the hype around scott chandler's otas is real?

connolly is still unsigned and now evan mathis is available without strings. i only mention these two players because the team is roughly $10M under the cap.

Boy, Spikes sure showed 'em: avoid DUI, but pick up four other charges instead!
SPIKES will be summonsed to appear in Wrentham District Court, at a date yet to be determined, on the following charges:
1. Leaving the Scene of a Personal Injury Crash;
2. Operating a Motor Vehicle Negligently to Endanger;
3. Speeding; and
4. Failure to Stay Within Marked Lanes.

His defense should be, I did all this in Massachusetts. Charges 2,3,4 are requirements to drive in that state.
