I don’t remember tendon being listed anywhere. There were choices of meat (beef, chicken, shrimp, etc...) and that’s all I can remember.

i'll try most things but that a hard no...funny, we're meeting a good couple friend of ours in vietnam and eats those and i want to puke every time i see him do it on the street..

Their Thai food I’ve had is delicious. Just last night I had mango curry, coconut soup and shrimp satay. Love it. Their pad thai is wonderful, too.

my standard, go-to ingredients for pho are: chicken (usually ginger chicken), sprouts, cilantro, scallions, fried shallots, garlic-chili paste, and sometimes an egg.
