It doesn't have to be funny, but there is humor in SW. And when it's done right, it works.

There’s a lot of very subtle humor in tlj.

I think TFA and Rogue One in different ways tries to be funny, in one or two scenes it’s a bit much, but in each case it’s mostly a success. Both are enjoyable and sometimes funny as well. I wouldn’t say there is more humor in TLJ, probably less, but where it tries, it mostly fails. Porgs are the opposite of funny to me. Perhaps better for kids, although I wouldn’t call it a kids movie.

Humour is subjective lads.
I don’t want slapstick Star Wars.

Who owns the ship in the trailer? The same one we see leaving Rey in tfa?

She's inside in the lego set, and has her name on it, on the other toy.

I’m told the other ship in the trailer and tfa is nothing to do with her.

I think she might be the ex of Poe after something else I read, possibly in this thread.

Think that’s misdirection. She’s Rey’s mom.

Hmm, won't believe that until I see it in the movie.
