Just read up a little on the technology. Feels vaguely like cheating yourself out of some sweet suffering and pain, but the IOC disagrees, so who am I to say.

I'm 37. I deserve the competitive edge at this point. I had no idea what running in good shoes meant in my 20s. He'll, it wasn't that long ago and I was still running with underwear on.

I ran twice yesterday and again today. Paying for it now in some back pain. Probably overdid it.

I found a good pair at the Nike outlet in Memphis several years ago. Is that close to you?

Lined running shorts are really the only option. I have several pairs but my Tracksmiths are what I reach for first when laundry is done.

It's the one on the same street as Graceland, lenny. Assuming Graceland is still there? Haven't been in years.

He strava bros, Rob from Maricopa, AZ posted a run today. Didn't realize he'd had surgery. Thought he just really got into biking.

First run in months and he still beat my average pace.

I got about 200 yards of barefoot running in today. Thinking I'll slowly add to that after each run. The first few steps felt lead heavy after just finishing three miles on 7 oz shoes. Wasn't expecting that.

I'm not a heel striker, but I still feel like I was still making major footfall adjustments in just that short stretch of running barefoot.

Probably going to order some TSLAs soon. They're like $30. About as much as I'm willing to pay for this minimalist experiment.

Just scored some Adizero Pros for $80 bucks (go for 180 usually). Kind of a bland colorway but between these and the Speeds I'm ready to tackle whatever comes my way for the rest of 2021.

Did those speeds come in yet?

It's going to freeze here early next week. I might be forced to take some time off. I don't have the balls to run in 15 degree temps.

They came yesterday. I'm not going to run in the new stuff until I waste my Bostons during the rest of winter. I'll post an epic Bostons Graveyard photo when I'm done with them.
