been making home made dumplings
went to asian store, bought a stack of dumpling dough circles, made ground pork w shiitake, put in the filler, wrap, little pan fry, soy sauce
magnifique
and inexpensive

gonna do a ground cooked shrimp and scallion next time i think

I was tired so just ate baby carrots and already made cole slaw. And cake.
Salmon reheated isn't very good.

I’m going to make a pastami sandwich this weekend. Thinking I could do it by brining some packaged lasagna pasta in spices and beef broth, then letting dry out a bit before stacking them onto some rye bread

i have a neighbor who is a chef and she makes food once a week and sells it to ppl in the neighborhood for takeout.... she makes the fried cubes of rice w/tuna tartar on top and it is so fucking banging ... she has to limit the amount ppl are allowed to order per household bc everyone just orders them out. so good, love those
