As a fan of riot act, I’m not sure it’s at the top of the heap for me production wise.
I prefer Vitalogy/Yield in that respect, along w Vs.
For context, to me , yield is the crown jewel.

Riot Act has a great production, very warm, very spacey, the guitar tones are great and the drums have probably one of the best sound from the catalogue.
