pretty sore from a couple days ago.. do you guys wait til there's no soreness or do you run when you're really sore or something in between

typically i don’t go with any more than moderate stiffness...or just do around two miles

My body expects at least 5 runs a week. You need to just beat yours up until it does too.

Pretty sure the toddler in my house either threw away my mi band 4 or gave it to the dog. I really want to use it as an excuse to splurge and buy a garmin forerunner, but I'll probably just buy a mi band 5 instead.

It's 11:14 and I just got off the treadmill. I also took a three hour nap this afternoon. Spring ahead is going to fuck me up tomorrow morning.

yeah i took a shirt for me nap yesterday and was afraid it’d really f up my jogging
i stayed out there an hour total and i feel it today

Went about 4.36 miles yesterday in just under an hour. Still walking quite a bit but running more each time. Pushing through some pain. I also have been getting in 4 sets of 15 pushups during my walk breaks. Feeling more in shape and healthier. Exercise is good.
