The Ambrose track was just okay until the final 3 mins, which I enjoyed immensely. The Sons of Kemet track also goes hard, but I would usually reach for something more proggy or fuision-y if I were in that mood. I'm favoring more spacious drum/bass/sax the most of late.

I Used to Spend So Much Time Alone has some great songs, but the more I listen to this album the more I hate how it sounds. It is so polished, and especially the guitar sound has no character or rawness in it. Everything's so round and safe.
