As I wrote above, I doubt this will create a dent in his support, which has consistently been between 40%-43% of voters. But there's going to be a palpable effect if the news cycle constantly introduces new reasons to stay away from him; as people begin to drift away from minor-party candidates and undecideds either decide to vote or stay home, Clinton's share only needs to rise 2%-3% for this to be considered an almost blow-out.

A sitting President of African descent;
A federal judge of Mexican descent;
A sitting Senator of Native American descent;
A gold star family of Middle Eastern descent;
A Miss Universe of Venezuelan descent; and
A hypothetical 400-lb internet hacker of unknown descent

demonstrates a carelessness and irresponsibility that should reasonably be considered grounds for termination of one's candidacy for the most powerful public office on the planet;
