Not surprised by tonight's game. Spurs played lockdown defense and the Warriors really missed their big men.

Hopefully everyone on both teams is healthy for a WCF matchup.

A couple of those shots steph took down the stretch were horrible. You could almost see him replaying his past sportscenter clips in his head and coming to the conclusion that 'I do a pregame routine, I can't take bad shots' and 'surely it will all work out because espn says im GOAT and DUB NATION'. Draymond took a few really bad ones too. I'd be worried about him eventually trying to write checks his game can't cash on the offensive end based on hype and being overrated. Klay seems the most grounded in reality out of the three.

And why is it the warriors can't just say they desperately want the record? Do we really need to listen to Kerr spew nonsense about wishing he had the balls Pop did to sit guys? Do they not want to ruin their good guy image as a team or something? Kerr benched David Lee and Andre Iguodala as a first year coach known best for getting decked by MJ up until that point. If he thought his guys absolutely needed a game off he'd give it to them. I'd have way more respect for them if they just took the record ruthlessly and didn't try to frame it in this goofy ass way I guess Kerr is insisting on.

I agree with you about the streak talk, but I wouldn't go as far to say that they desperately want it. Their starters get plenty of rest in 4th quarters and during most games.

They missed Bogut and Ezili's screen setting and general court awareness last night. Way too many minutes for McAdoo.

does draymond run the point as much as he did last night? i know he's a good passer, but he can't really penetrate.

You can 'fire away at will' while taking good shots. At least Klay seemed to understand he needed to penetrate instead of taking threes from 30 feet or horrible angles.

I do agree they missed Boguts illegal screens.

If the cavs bomb out in the second round this year someone is going to force their way out of there or leave.
