2 beef hard-shells and the enchilada is quite large and loaded with cheese and a good red sauce...should be enough as I'm not starving tonight..I have a chocolate vanilla drumstick for later

this didn't happen..I wasn't feeling it..I sliced up a bunch of fresh veggies and dipped them in a bit of ranch
