If you Google it and follow links, you'll find all the peer reviewed research papers you want. You're being traggish. I'm not a scientist or a nutritionist and I'm not here to prove shit to you. Please send me a sample of your wife's piss and/or a peer reviewed scientific research paper that tells me that this basic fact about legumes and grains is not true because you feel like it isn't or whatever. It's just so weird to be like: "I said something scientific and can prove that its true with this anecdotal evidence about my wife's pee. But that scientific thing you said, well, I need you to link me to specific peer reviewed scientific research papers and proof that you read them before I accept basic facts. I am unwilling to look for this info on my own."
Like, I don't do anything without having good information first. And you said it in the most pompous way, too. It just pushed my buttons

Just ftr, I'm not a scientist and I don't read peer reviewed scientific articles. Most people don't read like that and asking for one when I post a very simple thing is kind of ridiculous.
