Still no Navy Bean? Maybe that's coming on this year's Fan Club single.
Not unless Taste Of Mexico is the same song. Lots of stuff about beans there.

The only beans are those you are full of. Nonsense.
Yes, that's the opening line of the song. Very intense. I like how Ed screams the nonsense part.

I'm late to this party, but Evacuation is terrible. It is STILL better than anything off the last 3 records.

Imma go ahead and put the odds of a Bowie Tribute Song on the new album (if there ever is one) at about 4%.

The rest of that seems about right, though.

Covers album next. They could just do artists that have kicked it over the last 2 years and it'd still be interesting.

Evacuation is so good I can scarcely believe it's a song made by the same guys who churned out the last few Pearl Jam albums.

I am certainly glad that the band forgot how to stack shit that high.

Here's my guess:

1. Kind of cool but disappointing opener
2. Unneeded fast punk song with Eddie barely hitting the screamed high notes
3. Bland dad rock song with nice solos
4. Best song of the album that gets stale after a few months when you realize it was not that great
5. Boring acoustic lullaby
6. Intense ballad with Eddie barely hitting the clear high notes needlessly out of his vocal range
7. Pretty good song, for a song released in more recent albums
8. Cool song ruined by falsetto background vocals from Eddie and a weak chorus
9. Pop ballad snoozefest with cheesy lyrics that only chicks dig

Nice work. It's only missing the 'Annoying B'OB jizz all over everything plus some dumb clunking piano'

I am actually kind upbeat about this one. It's likely the last one, so they will probably put forth some actual effort. Most of them will anyway.
