Get out of my head Ruddo!
Watch the video above. Have you listened to anything yet?
Can almost guarantee Neko Case won't be in The Doonester's wheelhouse. Not RAWK enough.

oh baby
“Curse of the I-5 Corridor,” a winding and mysterious duet with Mark Lanegan, is one of those great “looking back to look forward” tunes, a wistful waltz about what could have been. “I miss the smell of mystery/Reverb leaking out of tavern doors/And not knowing/How the sounds were made,” she sings.

New album is great, no surprise there. Reminds me of Middle Cyclone....songs are great individually but the flow is kind of choppy.

Hey down under friends, I know it's already the middle of the tour, but the New Pornographers are there right now touring. You should go if you can, you'll thank me later.

No can do, Ruddman. I'll check out their last album though.

Neko Case is an American singer-songwriter and member of the Canadian indie rock group the New Pornographers. She has a beautiful contralto voice. Her body of work has spanned and drawn on a range of traditions including country, folk, art rock, indie rock, and pop.

1997 The Virginian
2000 Furnace Room Lullaby
2002 Blacklisted
2006 Fox Confessor Brings the Flood
2009 Middle Cyclone
2013 The Worse Things Get, the Harder I Fight, the Harder I Fight, the More I Love You

Her 2006 album is beyond great. Some wonderful tunes there.
