Amrerican style mayo is total shit and I never use it, I also hate all mayo on sandwiches.

But japanese style mayo in a rice bowl is fine, as is a fresh French-style mayo with something like roast potatoes. The way Americans use mayo is just disgusting.

I sometimes get Heinz or Hellman's, but Norwegian mayo tastes a lot more pure/home made.

You should taste the one my mother makes for Christmas. It's perfect. Fresh rye bread, Danish salami, homemade mayo. Perfect lunch.

Mayo is great. It and garlic mayo are the two big ones here.

Honourable mention for egg mayo which is something I can eat all day.
