At least with Ten, Vs, Vitalogy, No Code and Yield, the big songs make it through (Alive, Black, Release, Animal, Go, RVM, Corduroy, Last Exit, Immortality, In My Tree, Hail Hail, Who You Are, Given To Fly, Do The Evolution, Faithfull etc). With Backspacer and Lightning Bolt people seem to vote for the best songs first. So while the albums already start out by being worse, the selection with 5-6 songs left will be dreadful.

Other than the utterly generic getaway these are all good songs so I can't really question the decisions, but it is not surprising that the emotionally stunted people of RM voted off Sirens
