But isn't not doing that part of not having it in them? I have a sub-10 second 100 meter dash in me, I just need to train for years and years and I could do it
But they already know how to do those things. It's not a matter of conditioning. Just sit down for a minute and do the work and then listen to it. If it doesn't sound good you're probably not doing it right, try again.E.H. Ruddock wrote:But isn't not doing that part of not having it in them? I googled Cold Confession and I got Cold - Confession then tried again and I assume this is what you meant https://vimeo.com/142261138. And, yes, this shitty version of whatever this is is better than anything I've heard on an album from them in a long time, if Eddie would calm down and figure out his vocals.PHATJ wrote:Cold Confession is the blue print to good modern day PJ. Why can’t these fucks see that?

And Let it Ride is pretty solid as well.PHATJ wrote:It’s so much better than anything from the last two albums, and most of S/T.
I actually prefer Let it Ride, but both are top notch.E.H. Ruddock wrote:And Let it Ride is pretty solid as well.PHATJ wrote:It’s so much better than anything from the last two albums, and most of S/T.
Yeah, Let it Ride is pretty great too. I’d say the same about it as I just did about Cold Confession.E.H. Ruddock wrote:And Let it Ride is pretty solid as well.PHATJ wrote:It’s so much better than anything from the last two albums, and most of S/T.
I can see the potential but Eddie sounds terrible. Downtune that shit for the poor guy.Monkey_Driven wrote:I actually prefer Let it Ride, but both are top notch.E.H. I believe Cold Confession and Let it Ride were part of the first sessions for S/T.PHATJ wrote:Wasn’t Let it Ride from the RA sessions?

Those songs are both stellar; the end of Let it Ride in particular is one of my favorite PJ moments, especially post-Riot Act.
No way. He's great in it.tree_ wrote:I can see the potential but Eddie sounds terrible. They leaked from the same disc, so I was just assuming they were from the same era.PHATJ wrote:Wasn’t Let it Ride from the RA sessions?
I know CC is S/T, and I remember that was the initial assumption with LiR too, but I thought someone found evidence that it was a RA leftover. I don’t know. Either way, both these songs are really good and only a bunch of dumb assholes would have left them off of S/T.digster wrote:I believe Cold Confession and Let it Ride were part of the first sessions for S/T.PHATJ wrote:Wasn’t Let it Ride from the RA sessions?
