I can't get my weedwhacker started.
Gas or mixed fuel?
It's a two stroke. The gas line is rotted and the carb is a mess. Think I'll just buy a new one and donate this thing to science. It's served me well for about 10 years.
if you can clean the carb up yourself it shouldn't cost too much to replace the fuel line.
Yeah, it wouldn't take much to get it running. But I want one of those easy to install loop around line models. Crazy attachments and shit. I'm sick of performing open heart surgery every time I break the line. Don't tell my wife.

We should do an informal poll. Do you call them weedwhackers or weedeaters? I've also called them by the latter.

Slowly obtaining my Man Card.
Clogged kitchen sink and disposal last night. Youtubed a solution. Took apart my P-trap pipe and found that a glob of grease had accumulated over time and was blocking the waters path. Cleaned it out, and put it back together. In college I probably would have called the maintenance guy.
A few months ago it was a broken door handle! I can't wait till more shit breaks again! I love this stuff!

I hate doing this stuff. It gives me absolutely no sense of self-satisfaction. I would much rather pay somebody to do it than do it myself.

I'm not particularly fond of that either.

You Tube has helped me fix countless things in my house/car.
