bronut ingredients:

8 oz whey protein powder
4 oz muscle milk
2 raw eggs
1 oz jagermeister

mix in bowl, bake at 450 for 12 minutes, remove and let cool, then sprinkle with creatine

This is absolutely great. One note though: maybe change the baking temp to 420. Otherwise: :nice:

Turns out the Whole30 diet is sort of a misnomer.

Doug, please rename this thread to reflect the half month long "reintroduction" process.
