Nope, not listening to the leak.

And hey, it may even bring more traffic/participation.

Just chiming in here to say that I always really liked that Gotye song. I love Kimbra's part, and I love the chorus -- I always feel like there's something really genuine and gratifying about a singer with a moderate range pushing the upper limits of it and really nailing it.

I think that song got a bad rap at the time in part because it inspired such an avalanche of irritating YouTube cover versions, remixes, etc., like that one with the five people all playing the same acoustic guitar.

"Pumped Up Kicks," now there's a 2011 pop single that makes my blood boil.

I will never understand the love for shitty millennial “alternative” pop you guys have here. Lana Del Ray, Lorde and Carly Ray Jepsen all suck.

I don’t like Lana Del Rey or Lorde but Carly Rae Jepsen’s EMOTION is a great pop album.

What’s a pop album you think is good, Jammer?

I don’t really like the genre.

Thriller or Purple Rain I guess? I think 80’s pop music is the only pop music I don’t flat out hate.

If the Beatles count maybe Revolver.

Love CRJ to death. Couldn't care less about Lorde or Lana although I've liked one or two songs by each. Funny you mention liking 80s pop because Emotion is all about that after-hours 80s sound. Give it a listen, there's only one bad song on it ("I Really Like You," the lead single, and it's not even bad just kind of a transparent grab for "Call Me Maybe" level success)

Pop music is cool, all eras of it
