Fits perfectly after Seven O'Clock. I'm already pissed knowing how criminally underappreciated this song will be (looking at you dime!)

This song is a throwaway...now, it's a good throwaway but still a throwaway for me

Oh man, that's totally what I'm hearing here -- thanks for clearing that up, it was driving me crazy.
Never destination, just more denial
They like it with a lot of style!
The bridge here also makes me think of Tom Petty's "Listen to Her Heart":
She was a singer in a rock and roll band
Had command of all her voices
Turned herself into a hologram
It all came down to choices
You think you're gonna take her away
With your money and your cocaine
Keep thinkin' that her mind is gonna change
But I know everything is okay
All that said, this song is pretty forgettable. I think I've just had my fill of these types of rockers.

Never Destination sounds like it belongs on the Back To The Future soundtrack.

Most reviews made this sound like the weak track on Gigaton, but it's clearly not. One of the best of its kind in the Pearl Jam catalogue.

Yeah, at this point I like this one a lot more than either of the opening two songs.
I would've been happy if this was the only Vedder-penned rocker on the album.

this sounds more and more like a combination of "Brain of J" and "MFC", and I'm so surprised to be saying that

I'll agree that it's probably the best of the three. Can't quite conclude, since I've only heard Who Ever Said three times.
