I don't buy till I try. Usually it's via Spotify. There are few artists that I actually buy albums from nowadays with do many cloud services. I'm not an audiophile so a higher quality stream vs lossless is of very little consequence to me.

It got to a point where each shirt would have the same cycle:

1) Go to concert and spend $45 on a t-shirt.
2) Wear t-shirt at the concert proudly.
3) Wear t-shirt for a couple of occasions for the week after the concert, where friends would say 'oh cool, did you go to the concert'.
4) Stop wearing t-shirt.
5) Realise that I paid $45 to wear a t-shirt 3 times.
6) Try not to cry.
7) Cry.

The t-shirts are now just sitting in a pile in my music room.
Most of the bands i see these days have shirts that go for $15 so its not too bad

True. When it comes to the 'less famous' bands, at smaller venues, I tend to by their CD's, signed drum skins, etc. They're usually quite cheap, and go towards funding their tour. Most of these bands just break even, and a lucky to make any profit from the local gig tours.

I'm happy to support them until they make it big, and start making buttloads of money. Then I'll desert them, and despise them, the assholes.

I don't care enough anymore to listen to a leak. With that being said, I will read all the posts about the leak/new music during the lead up to the album. That will be fun at least.

Straight to the point as always Burt. I like that about you.

Me on the other hand, I'll still be buying it. Even if it's just the sound of the band members taking a shit, while Eddie plays the ukulele.
