Actually I would have been happy to get either floor or seats. Wanted seats the night before in Cville (got them) so we figured we'd switch it up and go for GA in Charlotte. I'm fine with seats. I actually had all the GA I need for a while after Music Midtown last fall.B wrote:Sorry you got your second choice, but that means the floor will either be small or full. Is that good or bad?nocode wrote:I'm in. Reserved seats (2nd choice)
If I remember correctly (I was there to see the Bobcats get murdered a few years ago) the arena itself does not have parking, but there are tons of parking lots and garages close to itDr. Van Nostrand wrote:how is that place on price?E.H. Ruddock wrote:Think I'm staying at the Hyatt House City Center, which is right next to the arena.
and does the arena have plenty of parking incase we stay a ways away and drive over to the show?
Thanks, im definitely thinking we need to find a hotel in walking distanceBurt Stanfield wrote:If I remember correctly (I was there to see the Bobcats get murdered a few years ago) the arena itself does not have parking, but there are tons of parking lots and garages close to itDr. Van Nostrand wrote:how is that place on price?E.H. How far from the arena? If there isn't parking on site then we are hoping to be with in walking distance.B wrote:I'm not staying overnight, but whenever I stay in Charlotte, I stay here: http://hamptoninn3.hilton.com/en/hotels ... index.html
It's a Hampton so it's reasonably prices, always clean and comfortable, and always has free breakfast.
A few blocks, and yes.Dr. Van Nostrand wrote:How far from the arena? If there isn't parking on site then we are hoping to be with in walking distance.B wrote:I'm not staying overnight, but whenever I stay in Charlotte, I stay here: http://hamptoninn3.hilton.com/en/hotels ... index.html

i looked at the one Ruddo mentioned that is right next to the arena and it looked a little pricey, but Chloe said she found it around $100 a night on hotels.com, but if we can get even cheaper then that and only have a few blocks to walk then im good with that too
