Honestly I'm just trying to figure it out, haven't put much thought into it before. And I've come across convincing arguments, though I'm not yet convinced. I'm dropping it for tonight but I hope to research further and come to more conclusive evidence or anti evidence tomorrow or soon. Either way though, what's frustrating to me is how ppl on Facebook and everywhere I look are throwing the word racist around so casually, and all this protesting doesn't make sense to me as of now. I'm willing and ready to learn and figure this thing out.

Just being honest strat. I haven't like sat down and studied this before.

You seem adamant that it couldn't be systemic racism, or at least that it's not so clear-cut that we shouldn't say that it is. That makes me assume there must be some clear-cut alternative explanations for the disparities I pointed out to you.

Just don't know for sure yet and don't want to just jump to the popular opinion cause it's easy.

He wasn't fired precisely because he played the racism card. He's a terrible employee with many strikes against him from many other issues. He still has his job because he's black, ironically.
