Army Reserve's absolutely a top 5 from the past four albums for me and probably a top 3 on S/T (yes I like S/T much more than any of the past three albums).

I also used to love In Hiding, but for some reason I find it kind of annoying these days. I know it's a great song, it's just lost its thing for me.

I legit had a dream last night that PJ played the stater bros. super market by where I grew up, and there were maybe 15 people in the audience. It was the second year in a row they did it, and i remember thinking the year before the parking lot was packed. They also covered Bauhaus's bela lugosi's dead and Radiohead's bodysnatchers. Wild dream that was both incredibly depressing and awesome.

I could see it being top 3 on S/T for me....but that album, more than any other Pearl Jam album is a tough one to rank. Top to bottom the songs are all like 6/10 to 8/10s for me....ie. super consistent album but lacking the highs that most of the other albums in their catalogue manage to hit.

Yeah, I totally agree. I usually put it in its own tier, between the first 7 albums and the last 3. I also usually listen to it by itself, without mixing in songs from other albums, whereas i'll usually mix together vs to riot act era stuff quite frequently. It also holds a lot of nostalgiac value for me that makes it much more enjoyable than the last 3.

Release, Sleight Of Hand and Army Reserve.

Release and Sleight of Hand are easy choices for me. I'm slightly going with Better Man over In Hiding, though I don't feel particularly good about it. Army Reserve is strong but easily in fifth, here.

Went with In Hiding - but wouldn't be upset at all if Release wins. Honestly, it was really hard not to vote for Release...
