That Weezer album is really good? People seem to really be into it but I can't trust Weezer again

I was surprised by how much I liked it. You know I tend toward hyperbolic enthusiasm, so I'll just leave it at that.

But Rick Ruben told Rivers he thought it was among his (Rivers') strongest work, for whatever that's worth to you.

I just tried again with Weather Station. It’s the jazzy touches and the Kate Bush vibes. There are certainly moments I like that get touched by jazzy strokes. Not awful at any stretch.
