I shouldn’t stereotype like that.
What would Marcel Marceau think?

I can’t believe Doug and I managed to have our trips not overlap by only several hours. C’est la vie.

Could’ve organized a shot of us each grabbing one of Venus de Milo’s boobies.

no market today other than a small grocery store..mostly walked and cabbed it for about 7-8 hours..rained most of the day which was nice..had a late lunch at some random corner bistro..had foie gras, French onion soup and possibly the worst croque monsieur ever..didnt ruin the time though..I put the rest in a napkin and fed it to the ducks across the street in the river..they loved it..ended up walking home and stopping for a drink and a coffee and then having some sardines at home and finished with a nice glass of laphroaig..
2 restaurants tomorrow..hammer free day

Wednesday dec 6...again, no concrete plans of food reservations..just walking and stopping in wherever looks good for the day...no museums on this trip which I'm thankful for..seen em all and taking time off this time..need to buy a new shirt as I spilled cream and butter on one last night..I packed light..last nights food was spectacular at Paul Bert..dover sole, a hamachi side with a passion fruit sauce..to die for..mind blowing apple tart..ended up walking it off around 11pm around the Bastille and popped into an old school hole in the wall and actually ordered a neat cutty sark..always wanted to do that..went to bed around 1230...woke up at 4am to pee and also realized I was still a bit hungry so I had a slice of ham and went straight back to bed..

I forgot we have set aside some time this afternoon to belly up to the bar at Harry's where I will have an intimate time with their scotch collection

I always found French breakfasts to be a bit lacking (like a croissant as the main bread), but you do sound like you are living your best life. Keep on enjoying it.
